The Head coach, Fernando Munoz Benitez stated at olympiacossfp.gr: "Generally, we have to be happy about our journey at the CEV Cup. We reached the semifinals and played against the best team in the world. Today we played a good game but our opponent’s serve was at a very high level. I would like to thank Markus Bohme very much who showed great devotion to the club ahead of his personal goals. We need players like him to make the club better and the team stronger".
Gavin Schmitt mentioned: "It was a tough game for us to come out against this team at its home. I feel that all the players fought and tried to win but our opponent played well and was able to beat us".
