A nice away victory in Moscow!
Having another excellent performance, the men’s water polo team did another away victory in the group stage of Champions League. The ‘’Reds’’ beat Dynamo Moscow 13-9 reaching 11 wins and secure the first position in the Group A. Genidounias and Obradovic were the top scorers with three goals.

The Russians staged an encouraging start against group-leader Olympiacos, but after 3-0 the ‘’Reds’’ arrived to the game and in the second they managed to equalize. The first half ended with Dynamo being ahead 5-4. Soon Olympiacos began dominating, they led 8-9 before the last break and with a quick double in 97 seconds in the fourth they went 8-11 up, and sailed away with another win in the remaining time. This cemented their top position in the group while Dynamo needs to beat Jug (CRO) in Dubrovnik on the last day.
