Olympiacos is participating in yet another European Commission program through Erasmus+. Our team traveled to Valencia, Spain, to attend the meeting of the EmpowerHER program.

This innovative initiative aims to empower breast cancer survivors during their recovery journey. The main goal is to promote physical activity and social support while providing tools and strategies to improve participants' quality of life.

Through a user-friendly mobile application, participants will gain access to:

Educational material, including information and guidance for managing physical and mental well-being.
EmpowerHER focuses on the multifaceted challenges that cancer survivors face, addressing physical, emotional, and social barriers. The program's objective is to enhance overall well-being, promote an active and healthy lifestyle, and support survivors' reintegration into daily life.

During the meeting in Valencia, the progress achieved so far with the application was discussed, as well as the next steps of the program and the dates for upcoming in-person meetings.
